I remember when I was first starting to workout. I would make the effort to go the gym, but I just had no clue what to do. I didn't know how to properly exercise so I would just do bunch of random machines. I never saw results.

It wasn't until I hired a coach ,that I was able to learn and finally see changes in my body. When you think about it - we always have coaches or teachers for any new endeavor. Why not in the gym?
The biggest problem with hiring coach is the price. It can be $50-150 per hour to have a trainer and if you have certain fitness goals, you need to train atleast 3-4x per week. That's not realistic for most people.

I created this online program to serve the place of a trainer. Instead of paying a trainer every session, how about you pay a small one-time fee for 8-weeks of unique workouts. These workouts even include tutorial videos to teach you how to properly and safely train. The program has everything you need as beginner in the gym. All of you have to do is to be willing to learn and trust the process.
