Michael DeVerna


Mike has been building startups over the past 15 years. He recently was the COO and part of the founding team at Wag! He is an advisor and mentor at AmplifyLA & has helped several startups scale to millions of users. Mike grew up playing soccer, tennis and swimming -- now he enjoys hiking, crossfit, boxing and tennis. His mission in starting Fit! was to build a tech-enabled company that gets people to enjoy moving and playing again through a marketplace and community of the best trainers and programs accessible from your mobile phone.

Adam Frater


Adam Frater is a marketing professional and entrepreneur with a passion for everything health and fitness. After owning a high-end fitness studio, he launched Body Alchemy, a publishing company for his personal fitness brand. Specializing in online calisthenics programs, he instantly became one of the top recognized athletes in his space. He now focuses his time on building the Fit! App to further the mission of making the world healthier and happier.

Sarah Boyer

Head of Product & Technology

Sarah Boyer is a data geek and product manager.  After earning a masters in computer science she helped to found Wag!, the mobile dog walking app, as director of product management.   She also practices yoga in the pursuit of mindfulness and chases her son around the park.

Megan Sherer

Nutrition Holistic Health

Megan Sherer is a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Expert. She has extensively studied and been certified in Holistic & Sports Nutrition, Personal Training, Yoga, AcroYoga, meditation, breath-work, reiki, emotional transformation and eating psychology. She also founded a non-profit organization called Be More, dedicated to creating conversations & curriculum about how social media impacts self-esteem and mental health in teenagers.

Andrew Jarvis

Video Production

Originating in Southern California, Andrew aka Muscle Up Jarvis is a professional in the fitness industry with a focus on personal training, social media production and event organizing. With health and fitness being his passion, Andrew provides a training style which is sustainable and a great platform for better physical performance all around.
