Over the course of this 30 day program, professional dancer Michael Dameski will be teaching you two of his newest choreographies while keeping you in shape with his dance inspired conditioning and stretching drills.

Yes, this program is meant to get you feeling fit. However it's also designed so that after 30 days, you've learned new ways to move and control your body.

Michael is an amazing teacher and throughout this program his breaks down each movement so you can easily understand and follow along.

Dameski Dance Program Description

The program is broken up into 4 levels. You will spend 2 weeks on each level (or more if needed) until you progress to the next. Each week will focus on a new skill so the exercises are all created to help you progressively get better.

Choreography

Globally recognized, Michael Dameski has made a new for himself as a top choreographer. In this program you will learn two individual choreos.

The first is more passionate and expressive, forcing you to connect deeply within your body. The second is bolder and upbeat, where you need to bring true energy.

Both of these are broken up over the 4 weeks so you can learn at a reasonable pace.

Conditioning

The best dancers are the best athletes. This program includes 1 weekly conditioning class to help you build the body of a dancer.

Michael's style is unique and he's known to use a lot of gymnastics and high skill moves in his competitions.

When he builds his workouts he likes to focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance.
