Jiu Jitsu Fit Program Description

Your Coach: Jonathan “JT” Torres

The workouts are structured into 5 sections. Each section has a different intention to help you progress.

1. Warm-Up

Warming up for BJJ is critical since the body is manipulated in such a wide variety of ways. This warmup gets the blood pumping.

2. Dynamic Warm-Up

The dynamic warmup focuses on dynamic movements that elongate the muscles and require more mobility to open up the body.

3. Workout

Each workout is unique and designed to get your body strong, mobile, and conditioned like a BJJ athlete. Be prepared to move and sweat!

4. Full-Body Stretch

Jiu Jitsu requires more flexibility than most other sports because of the wide variety of ways the body is manipulated.. Don't skip this part!

5. Foam Roll

This is optional (since it would require having a foam roller), however it's suggested and used by all the top athletes for muscle release & recovery.
