STRENGTH

You may not realize how much strength it takes in your arms and core to paddle and drop into a wave. Plus once you're on a wave, pumping to gain speed, making turns, or landing tricks requires a ton of leg strength.

By training out of the water, you can gain noticeable strength that translates when on your board.

BALANCE

Balance is a key skill of any great surfer. Paddling into waves, dropping in, or even throwing turns or tricks, all of it comes down to balance.

It all starts with your feet's contact with the board and transfers up into your core. The exercises in this program are unique to surfing and focus a lot on balance and stability.

ENDURANCE

Paddling into wave after wave is exhausting. By training your endurance, you'll be able to stay in the water longer, grab more waves, and surf day to day without decreased performance.

The workouts in this program are designed to elevate your heart rate and keep it up so you can gain that needed endurance.

There's No Off-Season for Surfing

Mother Nature's most powerful force on earth is the ocean and you're choosing to go up against it. This is what makes surfing one of the most intense sports in the world.

Now whether you're only a summer surfer or chasing swells year round, there's no off-season. If normal people go to the gym to "stay in shape", then surfers need to do the same all year round.

However, unlike normal gym goers, training for surfing should have an intention. If you want to get better at surfing, you don't want to just stay in shape. You need to push yourself and optimize your body and mental performance.

The minute you make this commitment as an athlete, you'll see your surfing reach new heights.
